SelectSurvey is easy to install.
In most cases, SelectSurveyASP or SelectSurvey.NET can be fully installed in less than 15 minutes.

WE OFFER INSTALLATIONS FOR ALL VERSIONS OF SelectSurvey.
For customers who are not technically savvy, we offer a complete installation package for $149.99. We will help you determine if your hosting provider can support our application, and will install the application on your web server. Please contact us at sales@classapps.com for more information.

SelectSurvey.NET Technical Requirments

WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS TO RUN SelectSurveyNET?
If you have a Windows web server that supports Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0 or higher, you have already met all of the system requirements necessary to run SelectSurvey.NET. The following are the system requirements for SelectSurvey.NET:

• Operating System - Windows Server 2003, 2005 or 2008
• Web Server - Microsoft Internet Information Server, version 6 or higher
• .NET Framework - Version 2.0 or higher
• Database - MS Access 2000 or higher, SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008 (Express, Standard and Enterprise versions 32 bit or 64 bit), Oracle 10g or higher, MySQL 5.1 or higher
• Hosting Trust Level - Some features require Full Trust (PDF generator, Print functions)
• x86 or x64 (32 bit or 64 bit)
• Minimum 40MB disk space for files, 500MB for database. (Empty db is 2MB)
• Minimum 2 GIG Memory is recommended. (this is calculated from moderate usage by current customers. The app will run on much less, but to export large reports, this takes memory.)
• Bandwidth is determined by quantity of survey respondents in a set time period.

SelectSurveyASP Technical Requirments

WHAT ARE THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS TO RUN SelectSurveyASP?
If you have a Windows web server that supports Active Server Pages (ASP), you have already met all of the system requirements necessary to run SelectSurveyASP. The following are the system requirements for SelectSurveyASP:

• Operating System - Windows
• Web Server - Microsoft Internet Information Server, version 6.0 or higher
• Database - MS Access, SQL Server
• Components - No components are needed, making installation extremely easy
• 32 bit only - Will only run on 32 bit operating systems.

SelectSurvey.NET and SelectSurveyASP Installation Steps

WHAT ARE THE STEPS REQUIRED TO INSTALL SelectSurveyASP OR SelectSurvey.NET?
Both versions of the software are extremely easy to install, and come with a thorough installation document that gives detailed instructions for how to install the application. At a high level, the steps to install the application are:

• Copy or FTP the software onto your web server.
• Set 5-6 configuration variables, as described in the installation document.
• Start using the application. It's that easy!
