Thanks - that website you sent me worked. No need to call my IT person.
    Appreciate it!

Hello, my IT people over here said to tell you that we are using Internet Explorer 7.0 and that the pop-up blocker is deactivated for the browser.

I hope this helps - we are still stuck with the same problem.

    Hi,
I am having trouble exporting data. Usually, when I export data, it pops open a "Save As" box in which i can specify the location, name, and type of file I want to save it as. Recently all of a sudden it no longer gives me that option. Instead it exports directly on the same screen to a excel file. I tried saving that file as an SPSS file, but there is no way for me to do that. I believe this might be a browser problem, but I have no idea how to fix it. Please email me or call me as soon as possible.
    Thanks so much!

    Solution: try this
