SelectSurvey.NET: New Features in Version 2.8.2
- New Graphical Charts, Pie and Bar Graph options configurable in survey options page.
- Now supports 1.1 Framework AND 2.0 Framework!
- Integrated Email List Data Export -- Data from email lists can now be merged into the data export files.
- Advanced Piping -- Answer values can now be piped into the lists of answers for subsequent questions.
- Advanced Administration Tools -- The .NET version now contains a set of administration tools to help with configuration, installations, and sending of emails.
- New UPN Login Feature -- Users can login with their Active Directory email address (optional).
- Automatic Active Directory Synchronization -- This is an optional ability to have Active Directory user data automatically synched into our application's user database.
- Detailed Respondent Reports -- Ability to view all reports related to a particular user.
- Enhanced Security -- The .NET version now has the optional ability to encrypt the connection string in web.config file.
- Resumable Surveys -- A new option that allows a user to return and complete a survey without modifying any previously submitted results.
- New Print Options -- Ability to print entire survey, or individual pages of survey.
- New Survey Completion Options -- Survey completion option that allows survey taker to print their response after completing the survey.
- New Survey Folders -- Survey folders allow grouping of surveys and ownership of survey groups.
- SPSS Condensed export option has new option to export values instead of text responses. Also allows export of single response questions into one column instead of separate columns.
- New Print Options: Ability to print results overview report in format specified in survey options page.
- New Reports: Ability to compare response counts between surveys.
- SQL Injection protection.

- Ability to restrict login to only authenticated users.
- Ability to use Active Directory and still gather anonymous responses.

SelectSurveyASP: New Features in Version 8.3.14
- New survey completion option that will send automatic email to respondent upon survey completion.
- Added libraries, which are sets of questions that a user can create and then insert into any survey.
- Added the ability to copy items from another survey owned by the current user.
- Added functionality for results sharing, which is the ability to grant specific users, based on email address, access to reports. Each report share contains granular functionality for which reports to view, and whether or not such features as results filtering, data export, etc. are available.
- Added IP range validation for taking surveys.
- Added functionality for moving items to any other location within a survey.
- Added functionality for moving pages to any other location within a survey.
- Changed many of the tables in the application so that the columns are sortable by clicking on the column headings.
- Added new functionality so that for questions with predefined sets of answers the user can select from a set of answer groups to pre-populate the list of choices.
- Added the ability under the completion actions section to optionally display each of the Continue, Close, and View Reports buttons, independent of each other. With this change, the completion actions dropdown now has four values instead of six.
- Added functionality for sending follow-up emails to recipients of an email message. This functionality allows the user to specify one or more response statuses, and then sends emails to all users with those statuses.
- Added new functionality for each survey to have the ability not to display any question numbers.
- Added an option so that when "other" is selected for radio buttons or checkboxes, the user can use either a textbox or a textarea to capture the response.
- Added an option for text questions to set the maximum number of characters that can be inputted.
- Added a new respondent access level called "Manual Response Entry." This mode allows an adminstrator or survey owner to manually enter responses to a survey.
- Added functionality to highlight a user's responses on the overview report.
- Added an option so that the Cancel button can optionally be hidden on any survey.
- Added a progress bar option to each survey.
