Customers get a customer account login where they can get the latest updates 24x7 by digital download. We have a searchable knowledgebase and helpdesk. Email/helpdesk support for the first year (and renewable thereafter) for issues directly related to the product features and functionality. We provide installation service for $75 and consulting for $75 per hour. You must have a customer ID to get support.

To get upgrades, log in to your customer account on classapps.com and there are buttons there to renew support, purchase upgrades, purchase installation service, or purchase consulting hours.
